Festa do Peão de Barretos

The 71st Festa do Peão de Barretos (Cowboy Festival) takes place August 20–30, 2026, at Parque do Peão in Barretos, Brazil. The event brings together the biggest names in Brazilian country music and major rodeo competitions as well as cultural events such as the Queima do Alho (a traditional barbecue) and the Berrante Contest (a horn-blowing competition). This large rodeo attracts around 1 million people every year.
